Design Proposal

Based on the initial consultation and property assessment, we present a detailed design proposal. This proposal outlines the staging plan, including furniture placement, decor accents, color schemes, and any other design elements.

The proposal will also include an estimated timeline and cost for the staging project

Approval & Agreement

Upon reviewing the design proposal, you can approve the plan or request any necessary adjustments. Once you're satisfied with the proposed staging, you'll sign a formal agreement outlining the scope of work, costs, and timeline.

Staging Implementation

With the agreement in place, our team will begin implementing the staging plan. This includes arranging furniture, adding decor elements, and creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.

They will ensure that the staged home is photography-ready, as high-quality photos are essential for marketing purposes.

Final Walkthrough & Feedback

Once the staging is complete, you'll have a final walkthrough to review the staged home and provide any feedback or requests for adjustments.
